"ضَمِّدْ جِرَاحَكَ يَاأَخِي"

يَاأَيُّهَا الْعَرَبِيُّ إِنْهَضْ وَانْتَفِضْ
كُنْ لِلْنِدَاءِ إِلَىٰ الْجِهَادِ مُلَبِّيَا
ضَمِّدْ جِرَاحَكَ لَاتَكُنْ مُسْتَسْلِمًا
وَاجْعَلْ هِتَافَكَ فِي الْفَضَاءِ مُدَوِّيَا
لَاتَخْشَ شَيْئًا أَوْ تَخَفْ مِنْ ظَالِمٍ
حَطِّمْ قُيُودَكَ وَانْطَلِقْ مُتَحَدِّيَا
أُنْقُشْ عَلَىٰ الْجُدْرَانِ قِصَّةَ أَرْضِنَا
وَاكْتُبْ عَنِ الْمَجْدِ التَّلِيدِ مُبَاهِيَا
الْأَرْضُ تَرْزَحُ تَحْتَ وَطْأَةِ غَاصِبٍ
سَلَبَ الدِّيَارَ وَقَدْ أَتَانَا غَازَيَا
ثُمَّ اسْتَبَاحَ بِخِسَّةٍ أَعْرَاضَنَا
وَمَضَىٰ يُعَرْبِدُ فِي الْمَدَائِنِ لَاهِيَا
وَالْعَالَمُ الْحُرُّ الْمُعَاصِرُ صَامِتٌ
وَضَمِيرُهُ مَازَالَ يَرْقُدُ غَافِيَا
أَيَكُونُ هَٰذَا عَالَمًا مُتَحَضِّرًا؟
وَهُوَ الَّذِي بِالظُّلْمِ أَصْبَحَ رَاضِيَا
يَاأَرْضَنَا فَلْتَصْرُخُي وَتَكَلَّمِي
وَلْتَفْضَحِي مَنْ جَاءَنَا مُتَعَدِّيَا
قُمْ يَاأَخِي وَاجِه عَدُّوَكَ ثَابِتًا
وَبِقُوَّةٍ أَطْلِقْ زَئِيرَكَ عَالِيَا
كَيْفَ الْحَيَاةُ بِدُونِ عَوْدَةِ حَقِّنَا
فَلْنَنْتَفِضْ لِنُعِيدَ حَقًّا غَالِيَا
