لا تلومي••من سحرته منكِ العيون :

سألتنى يوماً ساحرتي •••• فاتنة العيون
قل لى بربك من أنت•••• ولي من تكون?
إنسيا?!•••أم جنيا?!•••• أم إنك مجنون?
فبك ومنك ياهذا••••قد داهمتنى الظنون
يافاتنا بسحر الحرف •••• ورقة النظرات
رغم أن كلماتك كلها أوجاع •••• وآهات!!
وأكثر ظنى أنها•اضغاث أحلام وتخيلات
فأنت ساحر ماهر•تحترف صنع الكلمات
يتمتعون••••ووراءها الكثيرون يركضون
لذا أستحلفك•••قل لى بربك من تكون?
فقد خاصمني النوم••ولازمتني الظنون!!
وها أنا متهمة بحبك هكذا عني يتقولون
فقلت لها : هكذا الدنيا ياساحرة المفتون
كنتِ يوماً يا أنا••سناماً شامخاً للعاقلون
وحين رأيتكِ •••• سحرتنى منكِ العيون
فأنا يافاتنتي قتيل عينيكِ وبهما مجنون
