يتضمن المساواة بين الناس
في الحقوق والواجبات
وإعطاء كل ذي حق حقه،
بل إنه يتسع
ليشمل غير الإنسان
من نبات وحيوان
و العدل في الإسلام
فريضة واجبة على الحكام نحو الرعية والمحكومين
و العدل في المعاملات بين الرعية بعضهم البعض

معاني العدل الالهي

إن هذا الكون الفسيح خُلق بقوانين إلهية غير مدركة في كثير من الاحيان للانسان ، ففهم العدل الالهي لا يمكن إداركهِ بشكل كامل لان هناك مايخفى عن العقل البشري والذي يصعب إستيعابه أحيانا ، فالعدل الألهي ، يسير وفق خطة حكيمة ، ومجموعة من القوانين التي يسير بها الكون ، وخلاف هذهِ القوانين يكون تحقيق العدل الالهي وفق العمل بهذا القانون ، الارزاق والاقدار مكفولة من الخالق ، لكن كون البشر يختلفون فيما يملكون من هبات إلهية ، ذلك يخضع لقوانين الخلق الالهي ، المدروسة ، وكل قانون هو سائر ضمن خطة العدل الالهي ، أما بالنسبة الى مفهوم العدالة
فالعدالة هي قيمة إنسانية جليلة تُقام وفقها ، الكفالة الاجتماعية لمجتمع سليم ، وهي دليل دامغ على الارتقاء الروحي والمعنوي والانساني لمجتمع وبلد ما ، ومن هنا أكد الاسلام والتشريع على وجوب العدل والعدالة في كل مفاصل الحياة ، وفي التعامل الانساني واالاسري بشكل خاص ، فقد.ذكر العدل والإنصاف من جملة أصول العلاقات الإنسانية التي تحتضن كلّ أفراد البشر، یقول تعالى: (إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُ بِالْعَدْلِ وَالإحْسَانِ وَإِيتَاءِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى وَيَنْهَى عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنْكَرِ وَالْبَغْيِ) (النحل/ 90)، إنّ هذه الآية الكريمة تدعو بإطلاق إلى القانون والعدل وتحذر من الفحشاء والمنكر والعصيان والظلم. فالعدالة في الإسلام وشريعته فريضة واجبة، فرضها الله على الجميع دون استثناء، ففرضها على رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله) وأمره بها، قال تعالى: (فَلِذَلِكَ فَادْعُ وَاسْتَقِمْ كَمَا أُمِرْتَ وَلا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَقُلْ آمَنْتُ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ مِنْ كِتَابٍ وَأُمِرْتُ لأعْدِلَ بَيْنَكُمُ...) (الشورى/ 15). ولهذا قيل: «العادل هو الذي يضع كلّ شيء في موضعه»، ومعنى العدل في اللغة هو أن يضع الأمور مواضعها ، ومن هنا نستدل على إن العدل هي من صفات الخالق العظيم الذي يقسم الارزاق والاقدار ، والقوانين الالهية التي تمشي فيها الأكوان بالعدل والقسطاط ، وان هناك أيضاً روح العدالة ، فالقانون المشرع الذي ينهى عن سرقة رغيف خبز مثلاً ويأمر بالتعويض لم يمنع روح العدالة بالسريان بشكلها الصحيح للاستدلال الى سبب السرقة الحقيقي وهو الجوع ، وفرض الغرامة على المجتمع الذي لم يحقق العدالة ، وأدى الى ظهور حالة السرقة من أجل سد الرمق ، وكذلك كل مايحدث من حولنا تأمرنا العدالة بعدم إصدار الاحكام على الاخرين دون الاستدلال على الاسباب الحقيقية لتلك الافعال والتماس الاعذار من أجل الوصول الى الحق وبالتي الصلاح الذي يأمرنا به الله تعالى وتبقى العدالة الحقيقة في تساوي الحقوق بين بني البشر كعدالة الخالق في توزيع الارزاق ، والشمول بالرحمة والرأفة الالهية

Meanings of divine justice ........................... This vast universe was created by divine laws that are often incomprehensible to humans. Understanding divine justice is not possible. Realize it completely because there is something hidden from the human mind that is sometimes difficult to comprehend. Divine justice proceeds according to a wise plan and a set of laws by which the universe operates. In contrast to these laws, divine justice is achieved according to the implementation of this law. Sustenance and destinies are guaranteed by the Creator, but the universe Human beings differ in the divine gifts they possess. This is subject to the studied laws of divine creation, and every law is consistent with the plan of divine justice. As for the concept of justice, justice is a venerable human value according to which it is established, the social guarantee for a healthy society, and it is conclusive evidence of spiritual and moral advancement. And the humanitarian aspects of a society and a country, and from here Islam and legislation emphasized the necessity of fairness and justice in all aspects of life, and in human and family dealings in particular. Justice and fairness were mentioned among the principles of human relations that embrace all human individuals. The Almighty says: (Indeed, God commands justice. And benevolence and giving to relatives, and forbids indecency, abomination, and transgression” (An-Nahl: 90). This noble verse absolutely calls for law and justice, and warns against indecency, abomination, disobedience, and injustice. Justice in Islam and its law is an obligatory obligation. God imposed it on everyone without exception. He imposed it on the Messenger of God (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family) and commanded him to do so. God Almighty said: “Therefore call upon and be upright as you have been commanded and do not follow their desires and say, ‘I believe in what God has revealed.’” Of the Book, and I have been commanded to do justice between you. ..) (Al-Shura / 15). That is why it was said: “The just is the one who puts everything in its place.” The meaning of justice in the language is to put things in their places. From here we infer that justice is one of the attributes of the Great Creator who divides livelihoods and destinies, and the divine laws in which the universes operate with justice and fairness. There is also a spirit of justice. The legislated law that forbids the theft of a loaf of bread, for example, and orders compensation, did not prevent the spirit of justice from taking effect in its proper form, in order to infer the real cause of the theft, which is hunger, and impose a fine on the society that did not achieve justice, and led to the emergence of a state of theft in order to make ends meet. Likewise, with everything that happens around us, justice commands us not to pass judgment on others without inferring the real reasons for those actions and seeking excuses in order to reach the truth and righteousness that God Almighty commands us to do. العدل هو أساس الملك وركيزة أساسية في بناء أي مجتمع متقدم ومستقر. فالعدل يمثل المبدأ الذي يضمن توزيع الحقوق والواجبات بالتساوي على الجميع، سواء في الحياة السياسية، الاقتصادية، أو الاجتماعية. وإذا كانت العدالة تعد مفهومًا إنسانيًا يعتمد على تحقيق المساواة والتكافؤ بين الناس، فإن العدالة الإلهية تتعدى هذا المفهوم لتشمل العدل الذي يأتي من الله ويعتبر قاعدة أساسية في الديانات السماوية.
تعتبر العدالة الإلهية مفهومًا مهمًا في العديد من الديانات، حيث يعتبر الله - أو القوة الإلهية العليا - مصدرًا للعدل والحق، وهو يحث البشر على العدل والإنصاف في تعاملاتهم مع بعضهم البعض. تقدم الديانات السماوية توجيهات وضوابط تهدف إلى تحقيق العدل والإنصاف بين الناس، سواء في التعاملات اليومية أو في الأنظمة القانونية والاجتماعية.

إذاً، يمكن القول إن العدالة الإلهية تعتبر قيمة أساسية في تكوين المعاني الانسانية التي تقوم عليها المجتمعات وترتقي فيها الارواح .
إن العدالة والمساواة هي قيم إنسانية ومفاهيم إجتماعية ، وقوانين مجتمعات ودول تكفل من خلالها حقوق الشعوب بشكل عام ، والفئات والكيانات على إختلافها بشكل خاص
أماالفرق بين العدالة والمساواة
فالفرق الأساسي ما بين العدالة ، والمساواة ، هو أن العدالة قيمة إجتماعية تكفل للافراد حقوقهم ، و تختص بصفة العدل والإنصاف في جميع الجوانب، و تتعلق بالأنظمة القانونية في البلاد ، بحيث أن العدالة تمنح الفرد حقوقه بما يستحقه ويجدر به أن يأخذه ، وقد لا يتساوى هذا العطاء مع الآخرين نظرًا لاختلاف تصنيف مشرع القانون ، بأن يصنف الأفراد وفق درجة إستحقاقها العمري ، والنوعي ، والثقافي ، والاكاديمي ، والأجتماعي ، وحسب درجات ونوعيات الاستحقاق بين الأفراد ، في حين أن المساواة ترمي إلى تحقيق وصول الأفراد إلى مكانة متساوية بينهم جميعًا ومعاملتهم بطريقة مماثلة دون أي تميز أو إختلاف نوعي أو دون أي تصنيف في المعاملة.
ويرمي مصطلح العدالة إلى صفة العدل في كافة الجوانب، وتحافظ على الإنصاف وتحقيق التوازن بين الأفراد من خلال تشريع الحقوق، أو إقرار العقوبات المستحقة، أو تخصيص المكافآت ضمن أنظمة وقوانين سارية على الجميع دون استثناء، وتشمل العدالة كل من المساواة، والعدل في المعاملة، والتمسك بالسلوكيات الأخلاقية، ويتم التعامل مع الأفراد في المجتمع الواحد ضمن الحقوق القانونية لهم، وتحارب العدالة المعاملة غير العادلة مع مجموعات معينة من الأفراد، وتعاقب من يتجاوز القوانين التي تحافظ على نزاهة المجتمعات. وفقكم الله وحماكم وكل التقدير لهذا الصرح ابادبي والفكري الشامخ

Divine justice is an important concept in many religions, where God - or a higher divine power - is considered a source of justice and truth, and he urges humans to be just and fair in their dealings with each other. Revealed religions provide directives and regulations aimed at achieving justice and fairness among people, whether in daily dealings or in legal and social systems. Justice is considered the basis of kingship and good governance, as rulers and kings must manage the affairs of their people with justice and fairness, because failure to achieve justice may lead to revolutions and unrest in society.
