حينما تكون الرواية من فصلٍ واحد
فاعلم أنها مكثفة الأحداث
وكل سطرٍ فيها يحمل آلاف الحكايات
وكل كلمة تحمل في طياتها آلاف المعاني
هكذا الحياة لا يجب أن نقيسها بعدد
السنين والأيام وإنما بما نعيشه فيها
من أحداث ومعاني . .
فما أقسى أن تكون حياتنا رواية طويلة
متعددة الفصول لكنها مجرد صفحات
خاوية لا حياة فيها ولا خيال .
